Keep Frozen

Be sure to keep raw food portions frozen until ready for thawing.

Defrost properly

Place required portions of frozen raw food in the fridge and allow time for defrosting. Place in hot water if required sooner.

Storage and safety

Keep thawed patties in the fridge for no longer than 48 hours and do not cook as our recipes contain bone.

Wash well

Thoroughly wash all utensils, work areas and hands with warm soapy water after contacting raw food.
Feeding Guide We recommend feeding adult dogs (12 months +) 2% of their body weight daily. We recommend puppies (generally 12 months and younger), pregnant and lactating dogs or working dogs 4% of their body weight daily. This is based on the nutritional content of our foods. Our feeding guidelines are a guide and your pets’ metabolism, breed, size, age and activity level may affect their overall nutritional requirements. For pregnant or lactating dogs or working active dogs with higher energy requirement, double the daily serve size. For dogs 10kg and under, consider Big Dog for Small Dogs or Big Dog Big Bites for convenient, smaller, serving sizes.
